Open white Canvas 600 x 600

At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size

Open Element frame > resize by 30 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer



Open BG_nightlife > resize by 25 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move to below frame layer

Layers > load/saved > load mask from disk > WSL_Mask117 > settings below



X-out Background colour >set foreground colour to #968bbc

Magic wand tool > click inside the first circle on frame layer > Selections > modify > expand by 6

Click New raster layer on layer palette > move to below frame layer flood fill tool > selections > select none

In layer palette change the blend mode > Lighten

(This is done by clicking the word normal next to the eye icon and a drop down menu will appear)

Open Addicted to Shopping Template > X-Out copyright info layer and raster layer 2 if your going to use the same Cityscape background if your choose to use a different colour follow the parts marked with a * star if using mine skip the star part

* Open Addicted to Shopping Template > select Cityscape ButterflyFlutterby Template > edit > copy and paste as new layer > move to below the frame layer

On the layer palette > add new raster layer

Magic wand tool > click inside the first circle on frame layer > Selections > modify > expand by 4



Flood fill tool > make sure you select the new raster layer we just added

Flood fill with colour of your choice > selections select none

If you using this choice skip the next two steps *

Right click on the layer > copy merge

Paste as new layer > move to below the frame layer

Everyone should rejoin in here Open Element_eiffeltower > resize by 22 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move to below frame layer > see below of positioning



Open Element dummy> resize by 22 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Position to the left hand side of frame edge

Open Element_shoppingbag > resize by 40 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Position bottom right hand corner of frame

Open Element_discounttag > resize by 30 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer Move layer to below handbag > Position so the point of the discount tag is behind the handbag

Open Element_newdress > resize by 30 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Position top right hand corner of frame

Right click on new dress layer in layer palette > duplicate > use raster deform tool > move to left slightly > see finished tag

Erase tool > settings below and erase the coat hanger over lap on the frame



Set foreground colour to #4d4272

Select Change to target brush > use settings below and this will change dress colour



Select Handbag Layer in layer palette > right click on it > arrange > bring to top

Open PinUpToons_Crystal_bag or tube of choice > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer

Image > resize by 90 > image > mirror

Effects > 3d Effects > drop shadow > settings below > apply to tube



Repeat drop shadow on all these layers also handbag, both dresses, dress dummy

Open Element_offtag > resize by 18 > image > edit > copy > paste as new layer

Image > rotate > free rotate > settings below



Place off tag over handbag handle > see finished tag for positioning

Freehand selection tool > settings below > drop opacity on off tag layer to 50 > draw around the handbag strap best you can > left click with mouse to close and Anti-alias > hit delete on keyboard for the piece to be deleted



Selections > select none > return the opacity of layer back to 100

X-Out foreground colour > set background colour > black

Text tool > A&S Speedway > size 90 depending on length of name

Type your name > click on layer palette > convert to raster layer Text tool > size 10 add your copyright information © PinUPToons www.pinuptoons.com your CILM license number > convert to raster layer

Select name layer > effect > plug-in > eye candy > gradient glow >

Fat > colour white > settings below



Image > Resize by 85

Save tag were done
