Much thankies to Chilli for choosing me to use one of her kits to create a tutorial with I am extremely excited to have been chosen and to share what you can create with her beautiful kits and hopefully you enjoy her kits too.

Recently, this kit was reworked, so the tag has been reworked to reflect the change to the kit

This tutorial is written for psp9

Open white Canvas 600 x 600

At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size

Open butterfly sky kit > select raster layer 18 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Image resize by 75

Raster deform tool > and red line arm will appear in the middle of the frame > turn to straighten up the frame

Right click on layer and Duplicate this layer > place both rectangles side by side

Select raster layer 20 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 90

Positions over both rectangles were they meet > duplicate layer 2 more times and position middle and bottom > see finished tag

Select raster layer merged > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Image resize by 85

Layers> load/saved mask > WSL117 > un-tick invert transparency > Right click on layer > merge > merge group

Select raster layer 6 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > duplicate so you have 3 > X out all other layers except these 3 layers > right click on layer and merge visible

Select raster deform tool > drag from square nodes to desired size

Open Olivia_Hocus PocusCU2.jpg > position in right rectangle > image > resize by 75

Select magic wand tool > click inside rectangle > selections > modify > expand by 3

Selections > invent > select Olivia_Hocus PocusCU2.jpg layer > hit delete on keyboard > selections > select none

Open Olivia_Hocus PocusCU4.jpg > position in left rectangle

Select magic wand tool > click inside rectangle > selections > modify > expand by 3

Selections > invent > select Olivia_Hocus PocusCU4.jpg layer > hit delete on keyboard > selections > select none

Select raster layer 13 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 50

Select raster layer 19 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 90 > positions top right of right frame

Raster deform tool to twist into desired position > see final tag for desired position > change blend mode to luminance legacy

Duplicate layer > image > mirror > image > flip > move layer to just above lace layer in layer palette

Select raster layer 10 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 50 position top right > duplicate layer > image > resize again by 50 > duplicate this layer again > see finished tag for positioning

Text tool > font > GoodVibrationsROB > size 30 > Foreground and background colour black > stroke width 1 > type Even in silence beauty is > click on your tag again and the text box will reappear > now type > Eloquent beyond the power of words

Text tool > font > GoodVibrationsROB > size 72 > Foreground and background colour white > stroke width 1 > type your name

Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below

Text tool > font > GoodVibrationsROB > size 10 > background colour black > Olivia www.eolivia.com License number

Crop tool > crop round tag area > click apply

Image > resize by 90 > save and were done
