Much thankies to Lippy for choosing me to use one of her kits to create a tutorial with I am extremely excited to have been chosen and to share what you can create with her beautiful kits and hopefully you enjoy her kits too.

This tutorial is written for psp9

Weescotslass Mask used WSL mask 81. You can get it from her site here, under downloads.
Font of choice I used BeauRivageOne
Plug-in Eye Candy 4000 MuRa's Filter Meister
Tube used Rowan_s_woolcott. Pk8

Open white Canvas 600 x 600

At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size

Open paper 7 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 17

Layers> load/saved mask > WSL81 > un-tick invert transparency > Right click on layer > merge > merge group > Duplicate layer > image > flip > merged down

X- Out background colour set foreground colour to #660000 > ellipse tool > circle > stroke width 25 > right click on vector layer > convert to raster layer

X- Out foreground colour set background colour to #e2dcc4 > ellipse tool > circle > stroke width 25 > right click on vector layer > convert to raster layer

Open Leaves3> edit > copy > paste as new layer > image> resize by resize by 10 > place in centre of tag

Plug-in MuRa's Filter Meister copies settings below



Move this layer to below the Fawn Circle

Open brown lace > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move to above Fawn circle

Select red circle square layer > select magic tool >click outside the circle on circle layer >select the lace again and hit delete on keyboard

Open silverdoodle1 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 17 > position top right > see finished tag

Duplicate layer > image > mirror > duplicate this layer > flip > duplicate this layer again and > image mirror > X- out all the layers except these four and right click on layer palette > merge visible



Open Rowan_s_woolcott > image > resize by 90

Freehand selections tool > drop the opacity on tube layer to 70 draw round the overlapping dress area > right click to close so it’s Anti-alias > hit delete on keyboard



Open swirl > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 10 > position bottom right of tag > see finished tag

Open bow4 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 25> place over swirl

Open Flower 1_2 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image resize by 9 > place over bow > see finished tag

Image > resize by 80 > make sure all Layers is ticked

Text tool > font > BeauRivageOne < size 72 > set foreground and background colour to black > stroke width 1 > type name > convert to raster layer

Plug-in Eye Candy 4000 > gradient glow > fat > settings below



Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow settings below



Text tool > font > BeauRivageOne < size 10 > add copy right information >
