Font of choice I used BlackJack
Plug-in dsb flux filters bright noise , MuRa's Meister Copies
Open white Canvas 600 x 600
At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size
Open draped ribbon.pspimage >edit > copy > paste as new layer
Image > resize > draped ribbon by 50 > make sure all layers is un-ticked > move to centre of our canvas
Effects > plug-in > MuRa's Meister > Copies > settings below

Right click on draped ribbon layer in layer palette > duplicate > right click on duplicated layer > merge > merge down
Open BrownRuffleFrame.pspimage > Image > resize > frame by 90 > edit > copy > paste as new layer position in centre > see finished tag
Open Paper8.png > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move layer to just above background layer in layer palette
Magic wand tool > select frame layer > click inside frame layer > selections > modify > expand by 6

Selections > invert > select paper layer > hit delete key on keyboard > selections select none
Open confetti.pspimage Image > resize > confetti.pspimage by 50 > make sure all layers is un-ticked > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move to centre of our canvas
Effects > plug-in > MuRa's Meister > Copies > settings below

Move layer to just above the paper layer in layer palette
Magic wand tool > select frame layer > click inside frame layer > selections > modify > expand by 6
Now select the Draped ribbon layer > right click on draped ribbon layer > promote selection to layer > Selections > select none
Right click on promoted draped ribbon layer > duplicate > repeat so you have 3 of these layers >
Double click on first duplicated draped ribbon layer > the layers properties box will open > in the name box type 1
Repeat for each of the draped ribbon duplicates so you have 3 copies named 1, 2, 3
(I recommend you do this as we will be glittering two different elements and it will make it easier for finding the layer easily and also when we copy and paste over to animation shop)
Select layer we named 1 in layer palette > effects > plug-in > DSB flux > bright noise
Settings below

Click the dot in mix once
Select layer we named 2 in layer palette > Click the dot in mix three times
Select layer we named 3 in layer palette > Click the dot in mix six times
Magic wand tool now click in the middle of frame on the pink line so it becomes Anti-alias > see below

Right click on frame layer in layer palette > promote selection to layer > selections > select none
Right click on promoted selection layer > duplicate > repeat so we have 3 of these
Double click on first duplicated line layer > the layers properties box will open > in the name box type 1
Repeat for each of the duplicated line so you have 3 copies named 1, 2, 3
Select Line layer we named 1 in layer palette Effects > plug-in > DSB flux > bright noise > Settings below

Click the dot in mix once
Select layer we named 2 in layer palette > Click the dot in mix three times
Select layer we named 3 in layer palette > Click the dot in mix six times
Set foreground colour to white > X-Out background colour > preset tool > ellipse > line width 3 > draw an ellipse around the pink line on frame layer > do not convert layer leave as a vector layer

X-Out foreground colour and set background colour to white
Text tool > BlackJack > size 12 >

Positioning see finished tag > there is probably a better way of doing this but if your text isn’t in correct place > twist at the node at end of the arm > see below

X-out New ellipse on vector layer > right click on layer and convert to raster layer > now the circle you have written on should of gone and your just left with the text
Open NW3 tn-004.pspimage if your using the same tube as I choose > edit > copy > paste as new layer
Zoom in to bottom of the tube > select tube layer in layer palette and drop opacity to about 50
Freehand selection tool > draw round overlapping edge of tube on the circle frame
> draw short bits click with left click of mouse
When you have drawn around it all Right click to close and now it will have become Anti-alias > now hit delete key on your keyboard > selections > select none

Return opacity of tube back to 100 on tube layer in layer palette
Set Foreground colour to Black X-Out background colour > preset tool > ellipse draw a circle around outside of tag
Hover mouse over the black ellipse line > when the mouse cursor changes to an A on a 45 degree angle >

Click Text tool > blackjack > size 36 > type your name > right click on layer in layer palette > convert to raster layer
Crop tool > draw around excess white area on canvass > click tick on top tool bar to apply
Click Text tool > size and text of personal preference > ©Nolan Worthington, Website Url, your license number AMI Scraps by Amanda Fontaine
(As I’m using Amanda Fontaine scrap kit with another artist AMI tou states you must credit the scrap on tag as above so double check tou of the company artwork your using if not AMI that they allow you to have another credit with there work)
Open ANIMATION SHOP
This is my preferred way of doing this next step but there are other ways but this works for me
X-Out all the layers we named 2 & 3
Right click on canvass in psp > copy merged
Go back to Animation shop > right click on workspace area > paste as new animation
Now go back to psp > UN X-Out both layers named 2 and X-Out both layers named 1 > right click on canvass area > copy merged

Go back to animation shop > right click on our tag > paste > paste after current frame
Go back to psp > UN X-Out both layers named 3 and X-Out both layers named 2 > right click on canvass area > copy merged
Go back to animation shop > right click on frame 2 > paste > paste after current frame
