Open Psp 600 x 600 white back ground
Don’t worry if this size is too big we will resize at the end
Open paper KMILL_bkgd-2 > image> resize by 15 > edit > copy > paste as new layer
Layers > load/saved mask WSL_Mask_12 > right click on layer > merge group
Open KMILL_frame-1> image> resize by 15 > edit > copy > paste as new layer
Select the layer we applied the mask too > image> resize by 120
Open KMILL_bkgd-1 > image> resize by 8 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move layer to just above the mask layer > select the Raster Deform tool > stretch to the fit inside the Frame
Set Foreground colour to #859dc8 > Change Target and colour KMILL_bkgd-1
Open Rainbow Coffi V~CloudsWithHearts > selection tool > draw round bottom cloud > edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer
Image > Resize by 70
Open KMILL_flowers > image> resize by 10 > edit > copy > paste as new image
Position at bottom tight corner of frame > Right click on layer name in layer palette > duplicate > to make a continuous line of flowers along bottom of frame
Effects > drop shadow > settings below
Open KMILL_doghouse > image> resize by 14 > edit > copy > paste as new layer
> Position bottom Left corner of the frame > see finished tag
Open KMILL_grass > image> resize by 14 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Position bottom Left corner of the Dog House > see finished tag
Right click on layer name in layer palette > duplicate > image > mirror > position bottom right corner of frame > see finished tag > duplicate again and position on the right edge of the dog house
Open KMILL_dogdish > image > resize by 14 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Position bottom Left corner of the Dog House > see finished tag
Open KMILL_dog-1 > image> resize by 14 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Position bottom Left corner of the Dog House > see finished tag
Effects > drop shadow > settings used earlier
If you don’t want to do the next step cheat and use a preset shape heart colour #aa2423
Freehand Selection tool > draw round the heart on the dog house > when you get back to the beginning > click the right click on mouse > to make it Antilised
> right click on the doghouse layer > promote selection
> Selections > select none
Right click on heart in layer palette > arrange > bring to top> image> resize by 14
> edit > copy > layers > duplicate > image Mirror
Set Background colour to Black > AllisonROB > 36 > I’m Always in the Dog House > convert to raster layer
Effects > 3D Effects > inner bevel > settings below > repeat again on text
Effects > drop shadow > settings used earlier
Repeat Text instructions again for your NAME
