Font of choice I used Ambiance BT Swash
Open white Canvas 600 x 600
At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size
Open Frame > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Image resize by 80
Open Paper1 > edit > copy > paste as new layer
Layers> load/saved mask > BflyFlbyMask4 > Settings below > Right click on layer > merge > merge group > move layer to below frame
Image > resize by 95
Open Word art > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Image resize by 55
Image > rotate > free rotate > Right > change free to 20 > click ok
Use the raster deform tool > to move to bottom right hand corner of the frame > see finished tag
Open notepaper > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move layer to below frame layer
Magic wand tool >Select the frame layer > click inside the frame > selections > modify > expand by 7
Selections > invert > select the Notepaper layer in layer palette > hit delete key on your keyboard > selections > select none
Open paper2 > edit > copy > paste as new layer >Image > resize by 43 move layer to below frame layer
Right click on paper2 layer in layer palette > duplicate
Image > mirror > use raster deform tool to move into place
Right click on layer palette > merge down with the original paper2 layer
Change blend mode on this layer by clicking the word normal next to the eye to hard light
Open Flower3 > edit > copy > paste as new layer >Image > resize by 50 move layer to below word art layer
Open Flower1 > edit > copy > paste as new layer >Image > resize by 30 > position left hand side of frame > see finished tag
Open Flower2 > edit > copy > paste as new layer >Image > resize by 35 > position just over the first flower
Right click on flower 1 layer > duplicate > right click duplicated layer > arrange > bring to top
Use raster deform to position flower
Open Bottle cap > edit > copy > paste as new layer >Image > resize by 25> position over the hanger on the frame > see finished tag
Right click on bottle cap layer > duplicate and position over the over hanger
Open Tube of desire I’m using B-6-EdMironiuk > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Image resize by 57 > position so the edge of her shoulder is touching the frame
Right click on tube layer in layer palette > duplicate
Image > Mirror > move so her shoulder is just touching the edge of frame
Right click on layer in layer palette > merge > merge down
Move layer to below frame layer in layer palette
Select Frame layer > magic wand tool > click inside the frame
Selections > modify > expand by 7 > selection > invert
Select the tube layer > hit delete on keyboard > selections > select none
Change the blend mode on this layer to Luminance legacy > drop opacity to 60
Open tube layer again > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Image resize by 83
Image > Mirror > position level with bottom of frame > see finished tag
Set foreground and background colour to white
Text tool > Ambiance BT Swash > stroke width 2 > size 72
Depending on length of name
Convert to raster layer
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below
Set background colour to black X-Out foreground colour
Text tool > size 10 > add copy right information ©Ed Mironiuk, www.edmironiuk.com, your Cilm license number
Right click on layer convert to raster layer
Crop tool > draw around tag removing any excess white area you may have > click the tick to apply
Image > resize by 85
Save and were done
