Now I like making things hard for myself (not) we need to alter the template
Image > canvas size > change height and width to 700 > don’t worry we will rescale at end of tut to make the tag a more suitable size
Delete the Half circle, copyright, ric rac heart, love word art layer we won’t be using them in this tutorial
Layers > new raster layer > move to bottom in layer palette > set foreground colour to white > flood fill tool > fill with white
Select frame 2 in the layer palette > right click on layer > Duplicate > image > mirror > rename the layer frame 4
Select frame background 2 in the layer palette > right click on layer > Duplicate > image > mirror > rename the layer frame background 4
Select frame 1 in the layer palette > right click on layer > Duplicate > image > mirror > rename the layer frame 3

Move circle layer to just above the background layer in layer palette

Open Tantrum_SpeedLimit_Paper > click on foreground colour > select pattern tab on material properties > click the preview window and browse for our paper it should be located at top > change scale to 60

Right click on flame layer > duplicate > image > mirror > position over right hand side of rectangle
Change foreground colour to black > X-Out background colour
Now this is the best way to do it but this is the way I do it > I find the easiest for me when ever you draw a circle to go around the outside of a tag it never draw to size you want and you get frustrated well I cheat
Preset tool > ellipse > circle > set width to 2 > draw a circle just a tad bigger than out pink circle > see below

Objects > align > centre in canvas > see below > now its still not perfect so

Now select Text tool and you will see nodes have appeared around the outside of circle on a square at each corner and in the middle on the sides
Hover mouse over a node and drag to desired size

Un-X out background colour > Change background colour > X out foreground colour
Text tool > font Arizonia > size 36 > Hover your mouse over your circle till the mouse symbol changes

Type Let Me Rev Your Engine > select the Node on the centre arm of the text layer to swing the text to desired position
Click + symbol on vector layer > hide the circle by click the eye icon > right click on vector layer > convert to raster layer
Open Tantrum_SpeedLimit_Ribbon1 > image > resize by 65 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move layer to below frame background 1 layer in layer palette
Pick tool > move to bottom of rectangle level with edge > see finished tag
Open psp12041-SCChatzoudis-Fiona > selection tool > selection > draw around head area on tube > see below > edit > copy

Select Frame 3 in layer palette > Magic wand tool > click inside frame 3 > layer new raster layer > move to below frame 3 in layer palette
Selections > modify > expand by 4 > select our newly added layer > right click on template workspace > paste into selection > selection > select none
* Repeat this for frame 1, frame 2, and frame 4 choosing a different part of your tube for each frame > see finished tag *
Open Tantrum_SpeedLimit_Flames9 > image > resize by 40 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > position over bottom right hand frame > see finished tag
Right click on flame 9 layer > duplicate > image > mirror
Select tube > image resize by 75 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > pick tool and move to desired Position
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below

Pick tool move the tube drop shadow a little to the left
Text tool > Arizonia font > size 90 > type your name > size may vary depending on length of name > right click on vector layer > convert to raster layer
Image > rotate > free rotate > settings below > click ok
Use settings below

Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below
