Supplies needed

Plug-in used DSB Flux, filter unlimited 2.0, Eye candy
Font of choice I used Impact
Mask 402-kris Paint Shop Stop
Brushes awbagedtiles 002 From Marynez Nardi

This tutorial is written for psp9

Open white canvas 600 x 600

At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size

Set foreground to black

Pen tool > black > stroke 2

Draw four lines straight down > covert to raster layer > rename layer Line1

Draw four lines horizontally across your layer > rename layer Lines2

Preset tool > square > stroke width 2 > draw two rectangles top and bottom

(I have coloured then in the preview so you can see were I drew them) > rename layer squares

New raster layer Set Foreground colour to #d50519 > flood fill tool > flood

Layers > load/save > 402-kris > right click on layer > merge group

Image Resize > mask layer > 75%

Select Squares layer > magic wand lick inside one of the squares

> It will have a marching ant’s line round the outside

Selections > invert > select mask layer > hit delete on keyboard > selections > select none > rename Mask

Duplicate layer > and place duplication over 2nd square

Click on copy of Mask layer> right click > merge down

Drop Opacity on the mask Layer by 34

New raster layer > set foreground colour to black

Brush > awbagedtiles 002 > size 300

Image > resize > 75% position over one of the squares

Select Squares layer > magic wand lick inside one of the squares

> It will have a marching ant’s line round the outside

Selections > invert > select Tube layer > hit delete on keyboard > selections > select none

Duplicate layer > image > mirror > place duplication over 2nd square

Click on layer palate > right click > merge Visible

Your tag should now look like this

Text tool > Impact > Background colour > black > size > 36

Type No bad on top line

Type unless it to the right edge on line 2 > Type mine to the right edge on line 3

I stretch the height of the text a little > Covert to raster layer

Text tool > Impact > Background colour > black > size > 70 >Type Attitude

Image > rotate > free rotate > Covert to raster layer

Text tool > Impact > Background colour > black > size > 10 > Add copyright > X out this layer for later

Drop the Opacity on all the text layers to 70

Text tool > Impact > Background colour > #d50519 > size > 60> Type name > covert to raster layer

X out Background layer > click on layer palette > right click Merge Visible > All the text should now be on one layer

Effects > plug-in > eye candy > glass

Open tube layer > edit copy > edit > paste as new layer

Raster deform tool and position centre

Click on layer palate > right click > merge Visible

Crop tool > draw around tag > apply

Image > Resize > 80%

Save
