In order to use the image in this tutorial you MUST Join

Do not share the download link outside the Forum.
Open > Duplicate by holding down SHIFT + D. Close the original.
Delete layers named, ©, xoxo, lips, t-shirt, clothes hanger, word art
Image > resize > 75 > make sure all layers is ticked
Set foreground colour to white in material palette > X-Out background colour
Preset tool > ellipse > select the circle icon on top tool bar line width 2
Draw a circle we want this to be have the size of circle 2 layer > objects > align > centre in canvas > if your circle isn’t quite big enough
Pick tool and drag from a corner node > till your happy with size

Un X-Out background colour in materials > Set background colour to white
Text tool > Lindsay Triangles > size 34 > hover your mouse over the edge of the circle till it changes the image below

Now Type This Straight Jacket can’t hold my Sexiness > if the text isn’t quite in the right place while text tool is selected > select the text layer > and at the centre and arm will appear grab the square at the end and twist till the text is in desired position

Now X-Out the new ellipse layer > right click on vector layer >covert the raster layer
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below

Where going to be using the manual Colour Correction tool Now > IF you don’t have it showing on your tool bar follow this
View > customize > Now in the box that opens up you need to click on Commands > then click > All commands > scroll down until you find the Manual colour correction tool > don’t worry, it’s very easy to do.

See the little shoulders and head icon > click on it > while holding the left mouse clicker down and drag it over and place it where ever you would like it to go with your other tools
Mine is shown in screenshot but you can place it anywhere you want top or left hand side which every comfier for you > now click close on command box
Select layer named circle 1 > click Manual colour correction tool > put a dot in manual target colour > click source colour square

Now the Colour box should of opened> in the Html box type #c0c0c0

Now click the target box > in the html box type #c43939
Select mask layer in layer palette > click manual colour correction tool > click source colour box > change to black > click ok
Right click on mask layer in layer palette > duplicate
Select checkered layer in layer palette > click manual colour correction tool > click source colour box > change to white > click ok
Right click on checkered layer in layer palette > duplicate
Selections > select all > selections > float > selections > de-float
Selections > Modify > contract > set number of pixels to 2
Hit the delete key on your keyboard > selections > select none > rename layer inner circle
Select circle 2 layer in layer palette > > click manual colour correction tool > click source colour box > move mouse over to our template and click the grey colour of the circle 2 layer > your source colour box should now of changed to same colour > click target colour and set to black > click ok
Select inner circle layer in layer palette > click manual colour correction tool > click source colour box > change to black > click on target colour > change to white > click ok
Image > resize > 102 > make sure ALL layer is Un-Ticked
X- Out foreground colour > click on background colour in material palette
Select gradient tab click on the gradient colour square > browse your Gradients I’m using one named _Ladyj15 (it’s an old one I had since 2003) if you don’t have this one look for a silver one similar to pick below > use settings below

Preset tool > rectangle > draw a rectangle just a tad bigger than the centre of our inner circle layer > right click on layer in layer palette > convert to raster layer > rename layer > bar

Effects > 3d effects > inner bevel > settings below > apply to our bar we just created

Repeat inner bevel effect on our bar layer again
Effects > plug-in >MuRa's Filter Meister Copies > setting below apply to bars

Select the Checkered layer in layer palette > selections > float > selections > de-float > selections > invert
Select the Bar layer in layer palette > hit the delete key on your keyboard > selections > select none
Open Ismael Rac padded Cell tube > I’m using the red head girl > edit > copy > paste as new layer > move to below the inner circle layer
Select our checkered layer in layer palette > selections > float > selections > de-float > selections > invert
Select the our tube layer in layer palette > hit the delete key on your keyboard > selections > select none
Now to get rid of the rest of the tube layer you can’t see > crop tool > change width to 525 > height to 525
(This is the overall size of our template at the moment where not actually cropping the size of the template, just removing the hidden excess of our tube although you cant see it her legs extra are still on the layer hitting delete only removed the excess visible on the layer)
Click the green tick on top tool bar

Effect Plug-in > Xerox > porcelain > settings below

Open Ismael Rac Padded Cell tube > image resize by 75 > edit > copy > paste as new layer > image > canvass size > change height and width to 600
Set foreground colour to white > flood fill tool > select our background layer and fill an areas that are transparent
Set foreground colour to white > background colour to black > text tool > Impact > size 85 > stroke width 2 type Padded cell > right click on vector layer in layer palette > convert to raster layer
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings we used earlier > move text layer to below tube layer
Open BDSMAccents1 from supplies > select Riding Crop layer > image > resize by 85
Edit > copy > paste as new layer > image > mirror
Image > free rotate > settings below

Open Handcuffs tube from supplies > image > resize by 65 > edit copy > paste as new layer > move to just above our padded cell text layer > see finished tag for positioning
Effects > 3d effects > inner bevel > same settings we used earlier > effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > same settings as before
View >zoom in > so we can see the hand cuffs > Freehand selection tool > selection >settings below > draw a rectangle over the over lap of handcuffs to the edge of the white on the padded cell text > select handcuffs layer in layer palette > hit the delete key on your keyboard

Selections > select none
Select circle 1 layer in layer palette > Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below

Move tool > move the drop shadow layer slightly to right > see finished tag > right click on drop shadow layer in layer palette > duplicate > image > mirror
Set foreground and background colour to white > Text tool > Alex Brush > size 72 > stroke width 1 > type your name > right click on text vector layer in layer palette > convert to raster layer
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below

Image > resize > by 85 > tick all layers > if the tag is to big for your liking
X-Out foreground colour > set background colour to black
Text tool > size 10 > no stroke > add your copyright information © Ismael Rac www.xeracx.com, Padded Cell > covert to raster layer
Files > save as > type your file name and were done
