Supplies needed

Font of choice I used Maiandra GD
Mask used sblendidtemplatemask96 MsKels.
Animated Button I used Metallic Button Star they can be downloaded here Aardvark Animations
Tube of your choice I used Lil Valentina Green eyed Redhead the artwork of Joel Adams
His licence can be purchased from CILM
Plug-in used Eye Candy

Open psp 500,500 raster layer

Set foreground colour to #330400 if your using your own tube choose the main dark colour from it >

background colour transparent this is the small no entry sign underneath

Preset tool > Rectangle > draw rectangle > stroke 6 > fill un-tick > convert to raster

Preset tool > Rectangle > draw rectangle > stroke 6 > fill un-tick >

draw 3 rectangles in a diagonal line inside your rectangle > convert to raster layer

Draw long rectangle in the middle of the first square to nearly the edge of rectangle

> repeat on the bottom square (check image below it should look like this)

New raster layer > flood fill with #330400 there will be a small line around the edges (don’t worry we address this next)

Set foreground colour to #ffc061 this is the orange from my tubes hair

Effects > Plug-in > gradient glow > Thin > orange

Merge Visible > rename layer squares > X out layer

Create new raster layer > set foreground colour to > #330400 > flood fill new raster layer

Create new raster layer > set foreground colour to > #ffc061 > flood fill new raster

Layers > load/save mask > load mask from disk > sblendidtemplatemask96 > merge group > merge visible

Raster deform tool > pick corner and shrink till same size as rectangle > merge visible

Open chain tube and paste as new layer and place top right corner > repeat and place bottom of the first square > merge visible

Open your tube > image > resize > 95% place in centre

Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow tick shadow on separate layer

Raster deform tool > move shadow > move to near edge of second rectangle > merge down with tube

Text >Maiandra GD > 14 > background colour #ffc061 type the best Number for a dinner party is two

> stretch upwards to fill the rectangle

Text >Maiandra GD > 36 > background colour #ffc061> type name

Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow < use settings earlier make sure to Un-tick shadow on separate layer

> repeat this step 5 times on name and quote layer

Text >Maiandra GD > 9 > type artist copy write information and place bottom left corner convert to raster layer > Merge Visible

Save

ANIMATION SHOP

Open your tag and both your stars

Right click on your tag >duplicate selected > repeat till you have 30 frames

Select frame 1 of your tag > edit > select all

All the frames should be highlighted with a blue outline if you have done this correctly on both

Select gold star frame 1 > edit > select all > drag on to frame 1 of tag and place on top right chain

Click on the blue band on the gold star > click undo >

if you done this right the frames should of repapered and still have a blue edge round all frames

Drag gold star frame 1 onto bottom of square one chain

View animation to check there placed correct and you’re happy with the positioning

Open red star > edit > select all > animation > Reverse frames

drag on to frame 1 of tag and place under gold star > repeat and drag to bottom of gold star bottom of first square

repeat gold stars and drag to under red stars

View animation to check there placed correct and you’re happy with the positioning

Save tag
