Supplies needed

Filters needed for this Tutorial Eye candy dsb flux filters unlimited 2.0
Mask, is supplied in zip HERE
Tube of choice I use artwork of ©Beatriz Gonzalez
Font of choice I used Pristina


Open new image 500X500 flood fill #6d083a

Add new raster layer... flood fill white to this layer

Layers > load/save mask in dropdown select sblendidtemplatemask93

Luminance checked



Merge Visible

Image resize 95 %



Open tube if you’re using the tube supplied

Image > mirror

Paste as new layer name this later tube 1

Image resize layer by 90%

Place tube in left hand corner level with the end bottom of the white layer

Duplicate layer and name this tube 2

Select tube 1 effects > effects > filters unlimited 2.0 > colours filters > Greyscale

Using the raster deform tool drag from corner to desired place

Now drop the opacity to 30



Preset shape select shape 3 and position on tube

Un tick stroke and use Fill colour #6d083a

Covert to layer and rename shape 3



Convert to raster

Effects > plugging > eye candy > glass apply these settings



Effects > plug- gin > eye candy > Gradient glow apply these settings



Now duplicate layer names tube 2 select image > mirror

Now position behind the layer shape 3

And resize to what you would like to see in each of the three ovals

Select your magic wand

Setting replace tolerance 20 tick in contiguous feather set to 2 ticks in antilis outside

And click inside one of the ovals in shape 3 layer

DO NOT deselect while still antilis select the Copy tube 2 layers

Now Click edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer

Repeat this process three times for each oval

Deselect all

Rename each of the new layers to save confusion oval 1, 2, 3

You layer palette should now look like this



No delete the layer copy of tube 2

Select oval one and move to desired position behind shape 3 layer

Repeats for oval 2 and 3

Click the eye on each layer and cross out all layers except the three oval layers

Click oval layer 1 and merge visible

Now click the eyes and x out this merges layer

Click the eyes on tube 2 layer so this is the only layer uncrossed

Select the freehand tool (looks like a lasso)

Use these settings

Point to point > mode replace > feather 2 and a tick in antilis

Carefully draw round the ribbon in hair

Right click mouse once done to get matching Antilles around it

While antilised click on tube layer 2 and promote selection to layer

Repeat this process for each of the ribbons in her hair

Remembering to always reselect tube layer 2 before tracing round each ribbon

TIP AFTER PROMOTING EACH RIBBON TO A LAYER MERGE DOWN

The promoted layers this stops you getting confused with the layers

Selections > select none

Hide tube layer 2 and unhide shape 3 layers but clicking the eye

Duplicate the Promoted layer and shape 3 layers so you have 3 of each layer

And merge one shape 3 layers with one prompted layer

You should have 3 layers

Your layer palette should look like this now (fingers crossed)



Select layer copy (3) of shape 3

Effects > plug gin > Dsb flux > bright noise

Using these settings



Click the word mix one

Now select layer copy (2) of shape 3 and click mix 2 times

Now select layer copy (1) of shape 3 and click mix 3 times

Select tube layer 2 effects > plug in-in > eye candy > gradient glow > settings > last used

Select tube layer 1 Merge down with merges back ground layer

Now merge down your merged oval shaped of tube 2 with

Now make sure tube 2, layer copy (3) of shape 3 and 2 and 1 are hidden

Click the eye on each layer to cross out

This should leave the background layer oval face shapes and tube 1 visible

Click on layer tube 1 and merge visible your layer palette should now look like this



Now duplicate the merged layer so u has 3 copies

And merge one with each of the copy of shape 3 layers

Now you should just be left with the copy of shap3 layer .1, 2, 3

And tube 2

Unhide tube 2 and copy Beatriz Gonzalez copy write layer dorm the tube supplied

Onto this in a position you like

Remember the copy write layer must be readable on the finished tag I added a gradient glow to mine

To make it stand out more

Merge layer tube 2 with copyrights layer

Duplicate 3 times and merge down with copy of shape 3, 2, 1

IF YOU LIKE THE TAG HERE IS A GOOD PLACE TO SAVE A BACK UP BLANK

SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO REDO THE TAG IF YOU MAKE IT FOR A FRIEND AS WELL

Select word tool and font Pristina font size 48 stroke 2

Foreground colours #6d083a

Background colour #c83889

Covert to a raster layer

Effects > plugging > eye candy > gradient glow > setting > last used

Duplicate layer 3 times

Effects > plugging > dsb flux > bright noise

Using these settings



Click the word mix one

Now select 2nd layer and click mix 2 times

Now select layer 3 and click mix 3 times

Merge the 3 font layer with the 3 copies of shape 3

WHOOO WERE DONE U SHOULD NOW ONLY HAVE 3 LAYERS

Were going to save the file but not close it this way when we get it into animation shop

there’s a problem we can click undo in psp saving us all the sobs of having to redo the whole tag

File save give it a different name to what u saved the blank as

If you’re making it for a friend call it

I always use artist name first the name I choose of my tag the person who I'm making it for

then my name so the person will always know who made them it

It may seem like a long file name but this way I keep all the tags I make by one artist together

So when I searching for a blank I'm not looking all over

So this is my file name for it

BeatrizGonzalezPurpleHazeButterflyFlutterbyButter

Now to animation shop

Very simple open file resize it if u want

I use these settings



Click view animation make sure we have no jotters or shakes and click save as a gif
