Bubbles Supplies Tweaked by Me Here
Open white Canvas 600 x 600
At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size
X-Out Background colour set foreground colour to #b02f34
Preset Tools > Ellipse > circle > set line width to 25 > draw a circle in middle of your canvas
Duplicate the circle layer and x out original layer
X-out foreground colour and set background colour to black
Text Tool > Licorice > size 30 > type your text
X-Out the New Ellipse shape and the circle will disappear that your text is on > convert to raster layer
Move tool > move the text to just above the circle see finished tag
Un-Hide our original circle and Convert to raster layer
Plug-in > Eye Candy 5 Textures > wood > weathered Deck > settings below
Adjust > brightness/contrast > set brightness to 18 > contrast to 6
Open Monti Beach Rope > edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer > place in centre of circle Layer
Image Resize by 45 > plug-in MuRa's Filter Meister > copies
Layers New Raster layer Foreground colour #b02f34 X-out background colour
> Flood fill tool > fill layer > move layer to just above background layer
Layers > Load/save > load/mask from disk > WSL_Mask098 > fit to layer
Open Monti Beach Ships Wheel > image > resize by 70
> edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer
Open Monti Beach > image > resize by 50 > edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer > move layer to just above the mask layer
Magic Wand tool > select the Circle layer > click inside circle > selections > modify > expand by 4 > selections > Invert > select Monti Beach layer > hit delete on keyboard > selections > select none
Open JRettCherryBeachFun_803> image > resize by 30
> edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer > image Mirror > see finished tag for placement
Open best_friends_s_woolcott > select Crab Layer > image > resize by 75
> edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer
best_friends_s_woolcott > select Pirate Girl Layer > edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer
Open gorjuss_fishies > image > resize by 30 > selections tool > draw round the stones
> edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer > image Mirror > see finished tag for placement
Open gorjuss_fishies > image > resize by 30 > selections tool > draw round the seaweed
> edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer > image > Mirror > see finished tag for placement
Duplicate seaweed layer and place behind the stones and crab
Open gorjuss_fishies > image > resize by 20 > selections tool > draw round a fish
> edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer > see finished tag for placement
Repeat with a different fish > duplicate one of your Fishes> image > Mirror > image > resize by 80
Image > Resize by 85 make sure all layers is ticked
Text Tool > Text Tool > Licorice > size72 > type your Name
Add Your Copyright Information to tag
Save if you’d like to keep for a blank IF not open animation shop
In psp > rick click on finished Tag > copy merged > go to animation shop
ANIMATION SHOP
Right Click on animation shop work space > paste as new Image
Right click on your tag > duplicate selected> repeat till you have 26 frames > don’t worry if you duplicate to many layers
> just click on each frame extra and hit delete on the keyboard till you have 26
Select frame 1 of tag > edit > select all >
all the frames will turn blue when you done this
Open BubblesLargeButterflyflutterbySupplies Select frame 1 > edit > select all >
all the frames will turn blue when you done this
Drag first frame of BubblesLargeButterflyflutterbySupplies
Onto tag background and position it at the bottom fishes mouth
Click View > animation > to check you are happy with the animations so far and its working on every frame
Open BubblesSmallButterflyflutterbySupplies Select frame 1 > edit > select all >
all the frames will turn blue when you done this
Drag first frame of BubblesSmallButterflyflutterbySupplies
Onto tag background and position it at the middle fishes mouth
Click View > animation > to check you are happy with the animations so far and its working on every frame
Save
And were finished
