Supplies needed
Filter needed for this Tutorial Eye candy
Font of choice I used Bauhaus 93
Tube of choice I use artwork © Michael Landefeld
Licence can be purchased from
CILM
Open canvas 600 x 600 white
Set foreground colour to #910e1e and X out background colour
Preset shape > rectangle > stroke width 5 > draw a rectangle top 2/3rds of layer > convert to raster layer
Un X out background colour set to #910e1e >Preset shape
> Rectangle > draw four thin rectangles > convert to raster layer and move below rectangle

Effects > Pluggins > eye candy 4000 > gradient glow > settings
> Electric pink > change the pink to red

Preset shape > rectangle > stroke width 5 > draw a rectangle 2/3rds of layer
> To the Left side

Effects > Pluggins > eye candy 4000 > gradient glow > settings used earlier
Magic wand > click inside the rectangle we have just drawn
Selections > modify > expand change to 7
> select stripe layer > hit delete on keyboard >click background layer
> hit delete on keyboard
The stripes should now have been deleted in the smaller rectangle
> Selections > none

Preset shape > symmetric shape > stroke width 5
> Set foreground colour to #910e1e > background to white
Draw a star top right hand corner of layer > right click duplicate
Convert original to a raster layer
Click on copy layer in layer palette > + sign and click symmetric shape
> change stroke to white > fill to #910e1e > convert to raster layer
> Place in middle on right hand side
Duplicate white star and position at bottom

Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow
Use settings below on each star layer

Right click on layer palette and merge visible > rename layer Foreground
New raster layer >Magic wand > click inside the rectangle on merge layer
> Selections > modify > expand 7 select new layer
Flood fill tool > foreground colour white and flood
Selections > none
X out merged layer so you can just see the white rectangle
Open tube > edit > copy > paste as new layer
Image > resize by 65% > image > mirror
Eraser tool and erase over hang of tube on the white rectangle
> merge down with white rectangle > rename layer Background

Text tool > Bauhaus 93 > size 72 > stroke width 3
Foreground colour white > background #910e1e
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow
Use settings we used earlier
Place at bottom of rectangle
Open tube layer > edit > copy > paste as new layer
> Place in desired position
Text tool > Arial Unicode MS> size 12 > stroke width 0
> X out foreground colour
I placed mine up the left side of my tag

IF you do not wish to animate tag make sure the background layer
is at bottom and merge visible and save
IF you doe with to animate
Make sure Background layer is X out
Merge visible
un X out background layer > save
OPEN ANIMATION SHOP
Open saved file you should have two frames

Click the small rectangle frame while holding mouse down
Drag onto animation shop work space u will now have separated the frames

Effects > image transition > zoom

Select foreground frame and duplicate it so you have the same amount of frames as background layer 21
Select background frames > edit > select all a blue edge appears round all the frames
> repeat on foreground frames
Drag foreground frames onto background frames > to check position
> click View > animation if unhappy just clicks the back arrow and retry
File > open saved file again > click on background layer while holding mouse down
Drag onto animation shop work space u will now have separated the frames
Duplicate till you have 21 frames and repeat the first process
View > animation to check that you have got it in right position when happy
Crop tag and save
