Teddy Gets It
Supplies needed
Filter needed for this Tutorial Font of choice I used Vladimir Script, Tw Cen MT

Mask used Becky_Mask019, her site is now closed, but any mask will do
Brushes I used Splat Brushes IIII They can be downloaded here
OzGrafix.com
Open layer 600 x 600
Set foreground colour to black
Preset shapes > rectangle > stroke width 5 > line style diamond

New raster layer flood fill with black
Layer > load/save mask > load mask from disk
> click on layer palette > Merge group > click the eye on the layer
> drop opacity to 50

Selections > selection tool > draw over the inner rectangle
It will now be antilised
Selections > invert > hit delete on keyboard > selections > none

Merge mask layer, rectangle with background layer
Text tool > Tw Cen MT > size 36 > colour black
Type at·ti·tude > convert to raster layer
Text tool > Vladimir Script > size 16 > colour black
Type Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference
A positive attitude may not solve every problem
but it makes solving any problem a more pleasant experience
Smile when it hurts most
Stretch the text a little > convert to raster layer
> merge both text layers
Brush > splatter1 001 > size 47 for largest >size 20 for smaller ones
> merge down with text layer

Text tool > Tw Cen MT > size 16 > colour black
Type Make me that Tag or the Teddy Bear gets it

Duplicate layer > image > rotate > free rotate

Add copy right information > right click on layer palette > merge visible
Open tube layer > edit > copy > edit > paste as new layer
Image > resize 111% make sure to un-tick all layers
Text tool > Tw Cen MT > size 90 > foreground colour white
> Background colour black > stroke width 2
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow
> Apply setting below > convert to raster layer

Freehand selection tool > settings below
Hold down the shift key and draw round both bits of the axe
> click on tube layer in layer palette > promote selection to layer

Selections > select > none
X out the promoted selection Layer and merge Visible
Un X out the promoted layer and save
Open Animation shop
Open saved file you will now have 2 frames
Click on the axe frame while holding the right click on mouse
Drag the frame onto the animation workspace
You will now have two separate frames

Effects > insert image effect > underwater
Use settings below

Click customise

Were using 11 waves, you need to set each wave x, y number
This is the only setting u need to change for each wave
Wave 1 settings are show in Pic 11
Wave 2- X, 57 Y, 0
Wave 3- X, 57 Y, 0
Wave 4- X, 0 Y, 31
Wave 5 -X Y, 31
Wave 6- X, -54 Y
Wave 7 –X, -54 Y, 0
Wave 8 -X, -26 Y, 42
Wave 9 -X, 39 Y, 42
Wave 10- X, 50 Y, 24
Wave 11 -X, 0 Y, 0
Apply
Select frame with tag on > right click > duplicate so you have 21 frames
Edit > select all
Click axe frame > edit select all
When all frames are selected they have a blue edge round
Drag frame 1 of axe onto tag background
Delete frame on of the merge frames
View > animation to make sure you have no judders
When happy > animation > resize 85% > save
