Supplies needed

I hart Chibis kit by Amanda Fontaine by Artistic Mind Inc
Font of choice I used Century Gothic
Plug-in Eye candy 4000 Gradient glow & DSB Flux Bright noise
Open white Canvas 600 x 600
At end of the tutorial resize tag or if you prefer working smaller use a smaller size
Open frame15.pspimage > edit > copy > paste as new image
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings below
Open bunnytagback5.pspimage > edit > copy > paste as new image > move layer to just above background layer in layer palette
Magic wand tool > Click inside circle frame > selections > Modify by 5 > selections > invent
Select the bunnytagback layer in layer palette > hit delete key on keyboard > selections > select none
Drop opacity on Bunnytagback layer to 70 > and blend mode to multiply
Open starsticker2.pspimage > edit > paste as new layer > position bottom left hand corner > see finished tag
Right click on star layer in layer palette > duplicate > image > mirror > image > flip
Right click on duplicated star layer > merge down with original star layer
Open Paper5.jpg > paste as new layer > move layer to below the star layer
Select star layer in layer palette >Magic wand tool > Click inside Large stars on star layer > Hold down the Arrow key on keyboard mine is located on the left side with the Ctrl key below it and the Caps Lock above it > while its held down click inside all the large stars
Selections > modify by 10 > selections > invent > select the paper layer in layer palette > hit delete key on keyboard
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings used earlier
Select paper stars layer in layer palette > Duplicate the Paper stars layer so you have three in total > rename layers 1, 2, 3
Select layer we renamed 1 > Effects > plug-in > dsb flux > bright noise > settings below > Click the dot in mix > click once
Now select layer we renamed 2 > Click the dot in mix > click Three times > Now select layer we renamed 3 > Click the dot in mix > click six times
Set foreground colour to back > X-Out background colour > presser tool > ellipse > stoke width 5 > Do Not Convert to raster layer leave as vector layer
Set foreground colour and background colour to #4d5057
Select > text tool > hover mouse of the edge of circle > till the mouse changes to a letter A on a slant now click on canvass
Text tool > Century Gothic > size 16 > stroke width 1 > type We can't all be stars, but we can all twinkle > if your happy with positioning of text twist the arm at node to move text around circle
Click on vector layer in layer palette > click the eye on new ellipse to X-out the circle > right click on layer and convert to raster layer
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings used earlier
Effects > plug-in > eye candy 4000 > gradient glow > fat > settings below
Open fontaine_s_Dirky5.pspimage if using same tube as I have > edit > copy > paste as new layer > Image > resize by 70 > make sure you have all layers un-ticked
Preset shape > ellipse > draw a circle inside the circle frame tube
Text tool > Century Gothic > size 26 > stroke width 1 > type your name size may vary depending on amount of letter used > if your happy with positioning of text twist the arm at node to move text around circle
Click on vector layer in layer palette > click the eye on new ellipse to X-out the circle > right click on layer and convert to raster layer
Effects > 3d effects > drop shadow > settings used earlier
Effects > plug-in > eye candy 4000 > gradient glow > fat > settings use earlier
Text tool > size 8 > add copyright info > AMI license number

Open Animation shop
X-Out the layers we renamed 2, 3 > right click on canvas area of tag > copy merge
Go to animation shop and on the workspace area click > paste as new animation
Back to PSP X-Out renamed layer 1 and UN X-Out renamed layer 2 > right click on canvas area of tag > copy merge
Go to animation shop > right click on tag we just pasted > when the box appears > paste > paste after current frame
Go to animation shop and on the workspace area click > paste as new animation
Back to PSP X-Out renamed layer 3 and UN X-Out renamed layer 3 > right click on canvas area of tag > copy merge
Go to animation shop > right click on tag we just pasted > when the box appears > paste > paste after current frame
Save tag in Animation shop and were done
Save the tag in Psp if you want to keep it as a blank
And were done
